Your Second Visit to Our Clifton Park Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.Your second visit will answer many of the questions that are likely on your mind after the thorough examination process of your first visit. We will address such things as: What ‘s wrong? Can we help you? If we can help you, how long will it take? How much will it cost?

If the doctor feels he can help you and should you decide to begin care that day, you will be given your first adjustment at this visit. After your adjustment, the doctor will discuss with you what home care you should do that day and the next.

You should reserve about an hour for this visit. This will give ample time for the doctor to report to you his finding from your examination, answer your questions and gently guide you through your first adjustment.

Whether your goals are focused on short term relief or optimal correction and maximizing your health potential, Dr. Spence will recommend you schedule a follow-up visit within one or two days of this visit. As you exit you will schedule any up coming appointments and take care of any fees for services that are due at that time.

Dr. John Asks some important questions of interest to Clifton Park residents - Chiropractor Clifton Park Dr. John Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?

Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What can a chiropractor do for asthma?

Problems in the spine can produce problems in the organs and tissues controlled by the affected nerves—including those to the lungs and bronchial tubes. Find out how chiropractic care has helped those with asthma.
